Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, families, and groups, adapting therapeutic interventions to meet their unique needs.

• Assess and respond effectively to crisis situations, evaluating the urgency of client needs, and coordinating appropriate interventions and services.

• Conduct initial assessments, including Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments, to formulate accurate diagnoses based on DSM V standards and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Engage in therapeutic sessions implementing various models of treatment, including behavior modification, brief therapy, and supportive counseling, to ensure comprehensive client support.
\n
• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, fostering their professional development and ensuring adherence to best practices.
\n
• Collaborate with community professionals to create cross-system treatment plans, enhancing integrated care for individuals with complex needs.

• Contribute to team development through training and education on clinical best practices, delivering workshops and seminars as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be working with mothers, families, and individuals from underserved communities who face various mental health challenges, including co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., M.A., M.S., MSW, MFT, MHC, Ph.D., Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.

• An independent license in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• Demonstrated ability to use electronic medical records efficiently and maintain accurate documentation.

• Strong communication skills, both in email correspondence and in interpersonal interactions.

• Proficient knowledge of computer applications, particularly in Windows environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
