Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer specialists, to coordinate comprehensive client care and treatment plans.

• Develop individualized treatment plans, regularly assessing client progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to all legal and ethical standards in client care.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and supervision, ensuring that clinical skills are up-to-date with the latest therapeutic approaches.

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, who present with a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Oregon.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and EHR systems to manage patient information and appointments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
