Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule while connecting with clients through teletherapy platforms. While most interactions will take place online, you will also have access to our outpatient office space for any in-person meetings or specialized workshops. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments with new clients, identifying their mental health needs, strengths, and goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique circumstances, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities to address the varying needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, guiding clients through coping strategies while promoting empowerment and resilience.

• Utilize appropriate digital tools for maintaining accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to coordinate care and support clients' needs holistically.

Our clients range from children and adolescents facing anxiety and depression to adults dealing with trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Active state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Prior experience in outpatient mental health settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
