Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that use evidence-based approaches to evaluate patient needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in creating interactive sessions that encourage client engagement and resilience.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA to uphold the privacy and security of client information.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, participating in case consultations and multidisciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive treatment strategies are employed.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, fostering an empowering therapeutic environment.

• Regularly stay informed about emerging research and best practices in mental health care and integrate this knowledge into everyday client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a wide range of clients, including individuals coping with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. Your work will significantly impact those from diverse backgrounds, allowing you to apply culturally sensitive practices tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
\n
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• A strong foundation in solution-focused therapy techniques and the ability to adapt interventions to meet the distinctive needs of each therapy client.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate developing trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated analytical thinking with the ability to resolve complex client scenarios effectively.

• A collaborative spirit, willing to learn from and contribute to a supportive team dynamic.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing teletherapy or virtual counseling within a community health setting.

• Familiarity with integrative care models and the ability to efficiently navigate electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
