Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, safeguarding patient privacy while fulfilling legal and ethical obligations.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of treatment provided.

• Participate in weekly case consultations and peer review sessions to continuously refine your therapeutic techniques and keep abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Continuously engage in professional development through seminars, workshops, and literature to remain at the forefront of the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Everbright Mind Care Recovery Center, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals from varying socio-economic backgrounds, ages, and personal experiences. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually for this full-time position.
