Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families, each bringing their unique set of experiences and challenges. This role is critical in supporting individuals facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological distress. Your tools will include client-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and holistic strategies aimed at achieving long-term mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Demonstrated understanding of the mental health challenges faced by various demographics, specifically as they pertain to community and outpatient settings.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients, families, and interdisciplinary medical teams.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices, along with brief therapy models suitable for outpatient settings.

• A proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing a varied caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly in outpatient or community settings.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and a strong comfort with digital communication tools.

• Experience collaborating with other healthcare providers and community resources to advocate for client needs.

• Proficiency in additional therapeutic modalities (e.g., Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-informed Care) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We believe in compensating our staff fairly and competitively. The salary range for this full-time position is USD 63,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensing.
