This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to operate from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to connect with clients Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, leveraging technology to conduct virtual therapy sessions effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and design personalized treatment plans to address specific challenges.

• Provide effective therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Ensure timely documentation of client interactions and progress, submitting all required documentation within a 24-hour timeframe to maintain compliance and continuity of care.

• Engage in peer consultations to enhance the quality of care, share insights, and promote collaborative problem-solving within the team.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate client records in our electronic health records system, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring each client receives the highest standard of care tailored to their evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Life Changes Therapy, you will primarily work with adult individuals and couples facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. Your expertise will play an instrumental role in guiding clients towards positive changes and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline.

• A valid independent mental health license such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent.
