Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while still engaging in collaborative efforts with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists. Our work schedule spans Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to effectively meet patient needs as they arise.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs, identifying both immediate and long-term objectives.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique requirements of individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to deliver effective interventions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups addressing a range of common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and solutions for patients facing mental health emergencies.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to promote collaborative care and share best practices.

• Stay informed of current research trends and advancements in mental health therapies to enhance your practice and the services we offer.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a varied patient population, including individuals struggling with common concerns like anxiety and depression, as well as clients facing more complex issues related to bipolar disorder or substance abuse. Our diverse clientele allows for the application of various therapeutic approaches and the opportunity to refine your skill set as you interact with distinct cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated knowledge of multiple mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and best therapeutic practices is essential.

• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective, individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with contemporary computer applications relevant to mental health care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on outpatient services.

• Experience in leading group therapy sessions or psychoeducational workshops.

• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and prevention strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
