This position is fully remote, providing flexibility in your work schedule while allowing you to deliver essential mental health services from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' unique backgrounds and tailor appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing compassionate methods to address a wide array of mental health concerns.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure continuity and comprehensiveness in patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, reinforcing safety and stability.

• Engage patients and their families in educational discussions regarding mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A deep understanding of mental health conditions, inclusive treatment methodologies, and the ability to integrate cultural competence in practice.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy with a focus on culturally responsive and effective approaches.
