Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat while adhering to ethical standards and fostering a compassionate therapeutic environment.

• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities to address the specific needs of each client and facilitate their journey towards improved mental health.
\n
• Create, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status.
\n
• Guide clients in developing insights about their experiences, emotions, and relationships, enhancing self-awareness and personal growth.

• Track and monitor clients’ progress throughout the treatment process to ensure they are developing healthy coping mechanisms and achieving therapy goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients who present with a variety of mental health needs. The focus of your practice will be to assist individuals in building essential skills and strategies aimed at improving their overall quality of life. Your role will significantly impact client outcomes, contributing to their recovery journey and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license; candidates must be able to work independently without supervision. Accepted licensure includes:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
\n
• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted, and there should be no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a compassionate nature.
\n
• Strong computer literacy including competency in using video conferencing tools.
\n
• A reliable computer setup with webcam and audio capabilities, alongside a dependable internet connection for telehealth sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience of at least 2 years in a mental health counseling role is preferred. A background in telehealth is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to adapt to our remote work environment efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your experience and the number of hours you choose to work. As part of our commitment to supporting our therapists, we provide a sign-on bonus, a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, and the convenience of weekly direct deposit for your earnings.
