The position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent workweek that enables you to focus on client needs without evening or weekend interruptions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct secure and private one-on-one therapy sessions with clients using video conferencing tools.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Virtual Mental Health Therapist, you will engage with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clientele includes individuals from different backgrounds and age groups, all seeking support to overcome their unique obstacles. Your role will be integral in fostering a safe space for these individuals to express their thoughts and feelings while navigating their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• Strong independent work ethic with excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Comfort and proficiency in using technology for virtual counseling.

Preferred Experience\n
