Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments with clients to evaluate mental health status, needs, and goals.

• Provide referrals to supplementary healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or support groups, as deemed necessary for client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele facing various challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Your ability to approach treatment with cultural sensitivity and empathy will be essential in building rapport and establishing trust with clients from different backgrounds. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their personal journeys toward healing and stability.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Experience: At least four years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health counseling in various settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
