Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, diagnosing mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide family and individual therapy, adapting approaches based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with patients' families, healthcare providers, and community resources to ensure that all necessary support systems are in place for the client's well-being.

• Actively engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment, triaging needs and providing immediate resources as needed.

• Facilitate referrals to external community services, psychiatrists, or support groups, ensuring continuity of care.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care strategies and develop effective discharge plans for clients.

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as well as standards set forth by the Mental Health Practice Act.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Elevance Counseling LLC offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, eligible new hires may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
