This position is primarily remote, allowing you to provide therapy to clients in a comfortable setting that meets their needs, while still aligning with the supportive structure of our outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to effectively evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional needs, ensuring accurate diagnoses and comprehensive understanding.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique situation, goals, and desired outcomes, adapting these plans as necessary based on client progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver engaging and effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing approaches tailored to specific client needs.

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress through regular evaluations, maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Provide crisis intervention support when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate help in high-stress situations.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
