Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, utilizing structured interviews and standardized tools tailored to individual needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring that therapeutic goals are measurable and achievable.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress through detailed clinical notes and progress reports, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
\n
• Design and implement effective crisis intervention strategies to support clients in high-risk situations, including but not limited to developing safety plans.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and social services, to coordinate comprehensive treatment for clients.

• Uphold the highest ethical standards by maintaining accurate clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of two years of direct experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and collaborative work with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and clinical assessments relevant to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually.
