Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular therapy sessions via our telehealth platform to provide focused and tailored care to clients.

• Assess clients' mental health status using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with care teams and adjust them as needed based on client progress and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records according to our documentation standards.

• Provide clients with therapeutic tools and coping strategies that promote long-term mental wellness and help them navigate life’s challenges.

• Engage in peer consultations and training opportunities to enhance professional skills and keep up with the latest therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will encompass diverse individuals, couples, and families facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be expected to adapt your therapeutic approaches to meet the varying needs of clients from different backgrounds and experiences, ensuring culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Applicants must hold a current valid Pennsylvania license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical mental health practice, preferably in a counselor role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
