Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate and understand clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and specific needs.

• Develop, implement, and review personalized treatment plans that reflect the goals and preferences of each client.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Effectively monitor clients’ progress, adapting treatment approaches and meeting regularly to assess the efficacy of interventions.

• Deliver crisis intervention support, ensuring clients in immediate distress receive timely and appropriate care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant client records in line with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Engage in collaborative practices, working closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive clients' care.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment, and contribute to the practice by sharing insights during team meetings.
