Work Environment\n

This position is completely remote, allowing you to work from your preferred location within Oregon. Our telehealth facility utilizes cutting-edge technology to facilitate live video therapy sessions. Candidates will need to have a reliable internet connection and a private workspace to maintain confidentiality during client interactions. This allows for a flexible schedule where you can create your own working hours from Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, without the pressures of on-call obligations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly telehealth therapy sessions with adult patients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and fellow counselors to create comprehensive treatment plans and ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Utilize automated self-assessment tools for tracking patient symptoms, progress towards goals, and functional improvements, to make informed adjustments to treatment strategies.

• Engage in regular consultations with team members to receive support and guidance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

• Document therapeutic interventions and patient progress in electronic health records (EHRs) accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population for this role includes adult individuals seeking support for various mental health concerns. You will work with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a member of our team, you will contribute to their healing journey through tailored therapeutic techniques and compassionate engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess an active and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Proven experience in providing telehealth therapy is essential, with advanced proficiency in navigating digital platforms (Google suite, EHRs).
