Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from any location while still being part of a supportive and cohesive team. You will engage with a variety of professionals, including therapists, consultants, and administrative staff, to ensure holistic care for our clients. Although you will be working from home, we maintain a strong culture of collaboration through regular virtual team meetings, supervision, and peer consultation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups using teletherapy platforms.

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, psychological, and behavioral health, setting a foundation for effective treatment.

• Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Ensure consistent communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community agencies to provide comprehensive care.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clientele may include those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional or psychological concerns. Your role, therefore, is vital in promoting mental wellness and equipping clients with effective coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• No limited or provisional licenses; applicants with a history of disciplinary actions will not be considered.
\n
• Proficient in using digital tools for client management, documentation, and teletherapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A strong background in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based modalities is desirable.

• Experience in providing virtual counseling is a plus, as is familiarity with telehealth platforms and documentation software.

• Demonstrated ability to work with culturally diverse populations and adapt therapeutic approaches to meet individual needs.
