Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual counseling sessions using telehealth technologies, maintaining confidentiality and professional standards in all interactions.

• Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients address and manage their mental health conditions.

• Documenting sessions accurately and thoroughly to ensure continuity of care and compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to share best practices, receive supervision, and enhance therapeutic methods.

• Staying updated on the latest research and advancements in mental health to continuously improve your therapeutic skills and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve providing therapy to adults from diverse backgrounds, who may be experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. This might include anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. Your empathetic approach and tailored interventions are crucial in helping clients navigate their difficulties and achieve their personal goals for recovery.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must have:

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed professional counselor (LPC), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing psychotherapy to adults.

• Exceptional written communication skills for clear and concise documentation of all therapy sessions and client interactions.

• A clean disciplinary record with no violations in any jurisdiction’s licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in the following areas are highly preferred:
