This position includes a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, along with a sign-on bonus.

This role is fully remote, allowing for a work-life balance that supports your personal and professional needs. As a member of our team, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, enabling you to work full-time (over 30 hours per week) or part-time (over 5 hours per week) as needed. You will connect with clients through a user-friendly video chat platform designed specifically for therapy sessions, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Perform thorough assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges and goals.

• Ensure continuity of care by maintaining regular follow-up with clients and adapting treatment plans as necessary based on their progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors primarily support stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking assistance in managing common mental health concerns such as anxiety, mild depression, and life transitions. By focusing on these populations, you will have the opportunity to make significant impacts on clients' quality of life, enhancing their coping mechanisms and overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Currently licensed in the state of Tennessee as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with independent licensure permitting practice without supervision.

• No disciplinary actions or professional sanctions on your license.
\n
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills, showing empathy and professionalism in all interactions with clients.

• Computer literate, comfortable with telehealth technology, and capable of navigating various software platforms efficiently.

• A stable and reliable internet connection to facilitate seamless teletherapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.
