Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality counseling and therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, using evidence-based techniques tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize a cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with various insurance standards including Medicare and Medicaid.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering insight, emotional regulation, and effective coping strategies.
\n
• Implement treatment plans designed for addressing mental health conditions, trauma, and dual diagnoses, regularly assessing client progress and modifying interventions as needed.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when necessary, to provide a holistic approach to client care and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting adults and adolescents navigating various mental health challenges. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licenses as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within Oregon.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience working in a mental health or clinical setting.

• Proficient in using technology including reliable laptop/desktop, internet, and video conferencing tools for virtual sessions.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your schedule while maintaining high standards of client care.

• Completion of a background check is required to ensure client safety.
\n
• Willingness to occasionally provide services during evenings or weekends as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses. Full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, enabling you to maintain your well-being as you care for others.
