Work Environment\n

This position is telehealth-based, allowing our therapists the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a structured work schedule. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility as required by patient needs. By leveraging technologically advanced tools, our therapists can manage their caseload efficiently while ensuring high-quality care delivery from any location.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups, fostering community connections and addressing prevalent mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive, coordinated patient care.

• Act as a primary support contact during crisis situations, ensuring timely intervention and stabilization of patients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and relevant community resources to promote awareness and proactive treatment.

• Maintain precise, confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
