Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health conditions, utilizing established psychological screening tools to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver effective, evidence-based therapy services utilizing HIPAA-compliant virtual platforms, ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Collaborate actively with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, providing continual support and guidance throughout their mental health journey.

• Employ an array of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the diverse preferences and needs of clients, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, to meet compliance standards and support ongoing care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our community health clinic, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Our emphasis on accessibility allows us to reach clients who may not have access to traditional in-person mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport and a therapeutic alliance with clients in a remote setting.

• A demonstrated ability to empathize with clients' experiences, providing them with the compassion and understanding essential for effective therapy.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle caseloads efficiently while maintaining thorough documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual compensation in the range of $80,000 to $104,000, reflective of your caseload and experience.
