Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) allowing independent practice—please indicate your credentials and licensure status in your application.

• No limited or provisional licenses, and a clean disciplinary history.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening abilities.

• Proficient computer skills, with the capability to conduct virtual sessions using a computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities.

• Reliable internet connection to facilitate seamless remote counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
