Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through telehealth, ensuring personalized treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to effectively address a variety of mental health issues.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress, using established protocols to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state requirements, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress.

• Engage in ongoing communication with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research, ethical guidelines, and advancements in mental health counseling to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.

• At least two (2) years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a successful track record of engaging with clients of different backgrounds.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to establishing rapport and trust with clients, showcasing cultural competence in care delivery.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for clear and effective interaction with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
