Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial client sessions to understand their history, concerns, and goals, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or person-centered therapy.

• Deliver impactful individual therapy sessions via telehealth, adapting your approach based on the client’s progress and needs.

• Regularly establish and update therapeutic goals with clients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans correspondingly.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of each session while adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and supervision to stay current with best practices and new methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing considerable challenges related to trauma recovery, anxiety management, depression, and self-esteem issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required for this position.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management. Additional benefits include:
