Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans in accordance with agency guidelines, ensuring alignment with program needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and billing processes to meet agency requirements and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
\n
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as necessary, including obtaining LPS designation, as required for client coverage.
\n
• Deliver therapeutic services in various community settings, adhering to the contractual obligations set forth by funding sources.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to deliver coordinated care tailored to the specific needs of clients and families.
\n
• Build strong working relationships with external stakeholders such as schools and community organizations to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a broad and diverse patient population that encompasses individuals across all age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. You will work with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your work will focus on implementing adaptable strategies that are culturally responsive and patient-centered.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current, active licensure to practice in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy in both individual and group settings, using evidence-based practices.

• Familiarity with community resources and programs available for various patient demographics.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
