Work Environment\n

This role is conducted entirely through telehealth, allowing for flexible scheduling within a supportive remote setting. Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with options for some flexibility to accommodate individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to effectively engage with individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups targeting prevalent mental health issues, empowering clients through shared experiences and community-building activities.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services that offer immediate support during mental health emergencies to better serve our patients.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources in the community to enhance their understanding and engagement in their care.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development to continuously improve your skills and clinical knowledge.

• Stay informed on the latest trends and research in mental health therapy, integrating new insights into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting mental health assessments, creating effective treatment plans, and facilitating both individual and group therapy.

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to build rapport with clients.

• Strong ethical judgment and adherence to professional boundaries.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications for telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000.
