Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges entwined with physical health issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Experience working with individuals who have co-occurring medical conditions, particularly in a telehealth setting.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver integrated care and navigate interdisciplinary collaboration effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients and professional peers.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with extensive backgrounds in integrated behavioral health and telehealth practice will be prioritized. Compensation and Benefits\n
