This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home, providing flexibility while maintaining your professional integrity. Regular team collaboration occurs through virtual meetings, ensuring continuity of care and support among peer therapists and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological requirements and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to engage clients in productive sessions.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at addressing prevalent mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and shared experience among participants.
\n
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive and continuous care for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.
\n
• Educate clients on mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available community resources to assist them in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in alignment with ethical standards and legal requirements, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings, participating actively in professional development and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be to support a diverse client population, which may include individuals from various cultural, social, and economic backgrounds coping with mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with clients to create treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and responsive to their personal histories and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license in the state of Arizona as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and best practices in treatment modalities.
\n
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
\n
• Proficiency in delivering both individual and group therapy, adapting techniques as necessary to suit diverse populations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trusting relationships with clients and team members alike.
\n
• Strong ethical standards and professionalism, maintaining clear boundaries within therapeutic relationships.

• Competency in using EHR platforms and general computer applications for documentation and communication.

• A collaborative spirit, eager to work within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Experience working with telehealth platforms and delivering remote therapy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
