Work Environment\n

This full-time position is designed for a remote work setting, which offers flexibility in your working hours. You will be an integral part of our outpatient team, collaborating with other dedicated professionals from various disciplines to ensure comprehensive care tailored to each client. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families to address various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs and preferences while utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Engaging in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists, to ensure holistic client care.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems to track progress and make informed treatment decisions.

• Providing psychoeducation and coping strategies to clients, helping them to develop skills that enhance their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in the state of Oregon as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range between USD 115,000 and USD 130,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a lucrative salary, we provide:
