Work Environment\n

This fully remote role allows you to provide services via telehealth, offering flexibility while ensuring you can reach a diverse client base. Our virtual platform is equipped with the latest technology, ensuring seamless interaction between therapists and clients. The work schedule is predominantly Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions influenced by evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups to foster community engagement and address common mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care across all treatment aspects.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and safety for clients.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions and available treatment options, empowering them with knowledge and community resources to enhance their well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care.

• Engage in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and advancements in mental health therapy.

In this role, you will serve a diverse population of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Strong grasp of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities is essential.

• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

• A successful history of delivering both individual and group therapy to a variety of populations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building therapeutic relationships with clients and collaborating effectively with the treatment team.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role is preferred.

• Experience in telehealth practices and comfort with virtual engagement tools will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
