Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality therapy services including individual, couples, family, and group therapy tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain insights into clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, enabling the development of specific, targeted treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client assessments, progress notes, and treatment interventions to ensure compliance with licensing regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Hope Springs, you will serve a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Supporting each client through empathetic and individualized care will be paramount to their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A full, unrestricted license to practice independently in Arizona as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a dedicated empathy-driven approach to client care.

• Competency with digital tools, including electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and scheduling.
