Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address client concerns and goals.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including intake evaluations and ongoing assessments, to identify clients’ strengths, challenges, and tailored treatment objectives.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that incorporate best practices, ensuring they are continually updated based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external community partners, facilitating coordinated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, treatment interventions, and client progress while adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. You will address a wide array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and fully licensed credential to practice independently in Arizona as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Completion of a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
