Work Environment\n

This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing our clinicians to maintain a balanced work-life routine while effectively addressing the mental health needs of our patients. Although primarily working from home, there will be scheduled in-person meetings at our outpatient office to fortify team collaboration and connection. Our clinicians operate on a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients to identify specific needs and create personalized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to engage patients in a community-building experience, helping them address common mental health issues.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated patient care that emphasizes a holistic approach to mental health.

• Offer timely intervention during crises, thoroughly assessing the situation to provide the most appropriate support and guidance.
\n
• Educate clients on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their journey toward recovery.

• Maintain rigorous documentation practices in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all patient information is kept confidential.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and peer consultations to elevate clinical skills and stay informed about advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapists at our center work with a diverse clientele facing a wide array of mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in New Jersey.
\n
• A strong foundation in mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating effective, tailored treatment plans.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy to a broad demographic of clients.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling productive relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries in all interactions.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred to facilitate accurate documentation and scheduling.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or therapy is required.

• Experience working in outpatient settings is highly desirable to ensure a smoother transition into our practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
