Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, identifying client needs and concerns through both interviews and standardized screening tools.

• Create individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and methodologies, ensuring they are tailored to meet the diverse needs of each client.

• Facilitate engaging and dynamic individual and group therapy sessions, leveraging evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Regularly liaise with your interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care, sharing insights and updates on client progress and adapting strategies as necessary.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring all data is up-to-date in our electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals from the Latinx community as well as other marginalized populations, who may face cultural barriers and stigma surrounding mental health. As a therapist, you will work with adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a therapeutic alliance and enhancing mental wellness for clients seeking assistance in a virtual therapeutic context.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Texas as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, or a Doctor of Psychology.
