Key Responsibilities\n

• Rapidly respond to emerging situations by completing critical incident reporting forms within a 24-hour timeframe when necessary to ensure participant safety and compliance with regulations.

• On an alternating basis, carry the after-hours phone for care coordination, providing ongoing support and guidance to participants in crisis situations.
\n
• Proactively engage with clients to avoid crises by implementing tailored strategies that encourage self-sufficiency and resilience.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date crisis alerts, facilitating coordination with county crisis services to deliver the best possible outcomes for participants requiring additional assistance.

• Execute other duties as delegated to support team initiatives and organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of individuals facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. As a remote counselor, you will engage with a wide variety of patients, each with unique backgrounds and stories. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid, active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proven ability to triage tasks effectively and delegate appropriately, ensuring consistent quality of care within a high-volume caseload environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, dependent on caseload and relevant experience.
