Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to evaluate their mental and emotional health and establish therapeutic goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect an understanding of client's needs and current mental health conditions.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions via telehealth, providing clients with effective coping strategies and therapeutic tools to aid in recovery.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to ensure holistic care—referring clients to psychiatrists or other specialists as needed.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share best practices, and enhance the therapeutic approach.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions relevant to mental health practices and telehealth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas.

• A minimum of four years of directly related clinical experience.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders and experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
