Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize our electronic medical record system to diligently document and track patient progress toward specified therapeutic goals, ensuring effective communication and optimal treatment planning.

• Engage actively in scheduled team meetings to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a cohesive treatment approach.

• Adhere to established ethics codes and conduct practices that align with relevant legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Follow organizational policies and procedures, demonstrating commitment to a culture of compliance and best practices.

• Maintain a consistent work schedule as prescribed by your direct supervisor, demonstrating reliability and commitment to your caseload.

• Manage directives and instructions effectively, demonstrating organizational and time management skills essential for high-volume caseloads.

• Maintain a current Oregon Driver's License and CPR/First Aid certification to ensure compliance with required operational standards.

• Engage in continual professional development to maintain and enhance your competencies in alignment with licensure requirements.

• Provide essential information and assistance to clients facing identified financial or social needs, linking them to appropriate resources.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the mission and goals of the organization.

Qualifications\n

• You must hold an independent license in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution is required.

• Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively, prioritizing tasks and delegating as needed to ensure high-quality service delivery.
