Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Rocky Meadow Counseling, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of clinical tasks aimed at delivering comprehensive mental health services. Specific duties include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, adapting care plans as needed to reflect changes in clients' conditions.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external providers to formulate effective discharge plans, facilitating continued care and resource access for clients after treatment ends.

• Providing individual and family therapy, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Organizing and prioritizing daily caseloads by assessing the needs of newly assigned, current, and discharging patients, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to each situation.

• Facilitating referrals to community services and mental health providers, ensuring that clients receive the holistic care necessary for their recovery.

• Acting as a patient and family advocate, providing educational resources, support during crises, and ensuring effective communication among all parties involved in the patient's care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, the position includes:
