Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their psychological and emotional needs.

• Provide graduate-level clinical interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation, utilizing theoretical frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Coordinate care through effective communication with team members, ensuring a collaborative treatment approach documented through regular meetings and patient rounds.

• Ensure timely and ethical completion of documentation related to patient assessments and treatment interventions, maintaining compliance with departmental standards.

• Participate actively in case management and collaborate with community professionals and programs to facilitate comprehensive patient care.

• Support clients in working towards their individualized service plans, offering ongoing guidance and encouragement throughout their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at Gracious Growth Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. This range includes anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among others. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their experiences and empower them to achieve their wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid, unrestricted license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required, with advanced clinical training preferred.

• The ability and willingness to work between 10 to 40 client sessions per week, adapting to the needs of the practice and your personal schedule.
