This full-time position offers mental health professionals the unique opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact on patients' lives. Work Environment\n

This role operates primarily in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a supportive work culture. We utilize cutting-edge teletherapy technology to conduct sessions seamlessly, ensuring access to care for our diverse patient base. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs, establishing personalized treatment plans directed towards effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, catering to individuals, couples, and families.
\n
• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at reducing the stigma around mental health issues while fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to create comprehensive care plans that address multiple facets of patient well-being.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and comfort.
\n
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and empower them with resources within the community.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical best practices.
\n
• Engage in regular case consultations and multidisciplinary team meetings, facilitating a continuous exchange of insights and best practices.

• Stay current with recent developments in mental health research and participate in continuing education activities to ensure the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse population dealing with various mental health conditions including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Our therapists work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, providing tailored support to ensure culturally competent care that meets each individual’s unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• Skills: Demonstrated expertise in identifying mental health disorders and utilizing evidence-based approaches in therapeutic settings.

• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing impactful treatment plans.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Strong ethical judgment and adherence to professional boundaries in all interactions.

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
