This role operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you to connect and conduct therapy sessions with clients from the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate clients' mental health status, presenting symptoms, and emotional well-being.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs, goals, and preferences of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities appropriate for individual, group, and family therapy settings.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring the highest standard of care.

• Offer prompt crisis intervention and emergency support to clients in distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Maintain and manage accurate, confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards.

• Serve as an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision, training workshops, and staying informed on the latest mental health research and practices.

• Adhere to the highest ethical standards and guidelines set forth by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and many other psychological concerns. Your role will involve developing rapport and trust with clients from different backgrounds, empowering them to overcome obstacles, and facilitating their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.

• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, with strong competencies in therapeutic interventions.
