Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will be multifaceted and involve:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the difficulties faced by clients and developing effective, individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Providing evidence-based individual therapy that utilizes various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and strength-based approaches aimed at fostering personal growth and enhancing emotional well-being.

• Setting therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitoring their progress to ensure that treatment objectives are being met.

• Offering teletherapy options to accommodate virtual access, allowing clients flexibility and convenience in receiving their care.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, to ensure transparency in client care.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities, which may include team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse population of clients ranging from adolescents to adults who are grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

We require candidates to possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with the following experience will be favored:

Compensation and Benefits\n
