Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, using evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, and relational challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating therapeutic techniques that resonate with clients, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients in acute distress, ensuring immediate needs are met and safety is prioritized.

• Documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations, maintaining thorough and accurate records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
