This position will be entirely remote, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home. By utilizing our secure Simple Practice platform, you will conduct virtual appointments, utilizing video conferencing tools and secure messaging to communicate effectively with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of clients to evaluate mental health status and needs.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapy for various client demographics, including individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and couples counseling.

• Utilize virtual platforms to conduct efficient and effective therapy sessions, ensuring high levels of client engagement through various therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and adjustments in treatment approaches.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to ensure adherence to best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and couples facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your insightful guidance will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their personal struggles and develop strategies for recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in New Jersey.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy.

• Proficient in treatment planning and the application of therapeutic techniques across individual and group settings.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients in a virtual environment.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and comfort using technology for service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 110,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
