Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing innovative therapeutic techniques to assist clients in improving their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client roster will consist predominantly of stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health concerns. Each client is thoroughly screened and matched to your areas of expertise and demographic interests, ensuring a good fit that promotes effective counseling outcomes. You will not encounter severe mental health patients, allowing you to concentrate on guiding individuals toward their goals in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a valid, unrestricted state license to practice independently as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, demonstrating good standing with state boards.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a genuine and sympathetic nature, are essential in building rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth, including familiarity with our counseling platform for remote therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, providing a practical foundation for dealing with diverse client scenarios. Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive compensation package includes an annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 based on your working hours and caseload. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus, facilitated weekly direct deposits, and a monthly healthcare stipend if you are a full-time counselor.
