Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments, which encompass psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to inform your understanding of each client’s unique situation.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, couple, family, and group settings, including CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Offer crisis intervention services and coordinate with other healthcare providers to support patients during acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, providing them with tools and resources to manage their conditions effectively.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring integrated care and adjusting treatment plans based on client feedback and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
