This position is fully remote, enabling you to provide therapy and support to clients in the comfort of their own environments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions for patients as part of the treatment plan, ensuring they receive tailored support for their mental health needs.

• Document patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment updates with precision and in compliance with departmental standards.

• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Provide emotional and practical support to patients and their families, including orientation to services and resources available through our organization.

• Advocate for additional services or modifications to the treatment plan where appropriate, ensuring patients’ needs are fully met.

• Respond effectively to patient emergencies, utilizing your training and experience to mitigate risks and ensure safety.

• Participate in team meetings to review patient care strategies and contribute to ongoing treatment development.

• Engage in minimal administrative tasks to efficiently manage your caseload and maintain focus on patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An active and unrestricted license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) issued by the state board, as limited or provisional licenses cannot be accepted.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mental health or clinical settings, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices and patient management.

• Proficiency in therapeutic methodologies and the ability to make informed evaluations and treatment recommendations tailored to patient needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and an innate ability to foster trust and empathy with patients.

• Strong computer skills to effectively utilize electronic health record systems and communicate via digital platforms.
